PVC Wood Grain Film Process Flow

1. Preparatory work: on-site preparation inspection, cleaning and vacuuming, film surface drying,
moisture-resistant treatment, and slicing.
2. Film process: tear off the film sheet as required, adjust the film direction of the film sheet,
apply the film liquid to the film sheet, smooth the film sheet, grab the film sheet and the surface, wipe the rough edges with a new rag, check and sort, and complete the pasting.
3. Drying treatment: dry the surface, dry and trim, and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
4. Final result: Because the wood grain film has waterproof and heat-resistant characteristics, the surface will become more wear-resistant, moisture-proof, and easy to clean after being treated with the wood grain film.
