Technical analysis
through the XL1007 natural solid wood board, the wood grain is scanned and collected to obtain a digital wood grain image, and the sharpening function (USM sharpening) is adjusted to improve the clarity of the image subtle level, transparency, edge contour, etc., through the establishment of a wood grain digital library and a set of engraving by the engraving machine (at least four plate rollers), and finally through the high-speed gravure printing machine printing to produce the finished oak PVC floor film and put into use.
