Technical analysis
through the XL1028 natural solid wood board, the digital wood grain image is obtained by scanning and collecting the wood grain, and the sharpening function (USM sharpening) is adjusted to improve the clarity of the image subtle level, transparency, edge contour, etc., through the establishment of a wood grain digital library and engraving a set (at least four plate rollers) by the engraving machine, and finally the finished IELTS oak PVC floor film is produced by printing by a high-speed gravure printing machine and put into use.
